We currently ship HEJI Rituals products to selected countries and regions.
At checkout, available destinations and shipping options will be shown based on your address.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic shipping (where available): usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping: usually 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

These are estimates only; actual delivery time can vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are determined by your local authorities.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any such fees.

  • If you refuse to pay and the package is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping charged by the carrier.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
